  I give it a -5 stars
  The worst possible outcome. Bait and switch technique.
  It took 3 weeks of leaving messages, no returned phone calls as promised. Finally got my appointment in next 3 weeks, then I was called hour before my appointment that the Tampa clinic is closed and was rescheduled to Clearwater location. Arrived at the location and I was told that the appointment was booked for different procedure, nobody was available for mine, and oh by the way we can not honor the price we agreed on, but we can reschedule you and you can pay about $90 more on a later date. I already paid ahead, now I need to wait for a refund.
